<p>P1(s) and P2(s) are transmission functions of control models (76-1, 76-2) for inputting duty instructions (Ton1, Ton2) to converters (CONV1, CONV2) and outputting cell currents (Ib1, Ib2). Transmission functions G1(s) and G2(s) containing the transmission functions P1(s) and P2(s), respectively, decide control gains (proportional gains Kp1, Kp2 and integration gains Ti1, Ti2) so that delay elements substantially coincide.</p> |
