The device has an injecting unit (130) for injecting fuel into a combustion chamber (22), where the injecting unit has a conductive layer (146). An injecting unit (24) is provided with a conductive material and an opening (132). A spark igniter arrangement (152) is electrically connected with the conductive layer of the injecting unit (130), to produce an electrical arc (158) between the conductive layer of the injecting unit (130) and the injecting unit (24). A non-conductive layer (148) is arranged on an external area of the conductive layer of the injecting unit (130). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a rocket shear production arrangement including a combustion chamber and an injecting device front plate (2) an injecting arrangement including a front plate.
