The retainer is developed so that the rotary eccentric motors are attached on freely oscillating latches, which transfer oscillations to the retainer. The retainer is arranged so that different application tools are attached to hair brushes or to a massage device both on the lower and on the upper side of the retainer. The application tools are fastened at the retainer by a plug or clip, where the retainer is fixed into a handle that is coated with an oscillation-damping material.</p>
