A system and a method for operating an online stock trading website, and a program recording medium thereof are provided to realize balance for stock trade and promote the stock trade through supply control by delisting the stocks of a predetermined stock item satisfying a predetermined stock delisting condition. An information storing part(605) stores at least one stock delisting condition information to a storage medium(625). An information checker(610) checks whether stock trading information of the predetermined stock item satisfies the stock delisting condition stored in the storage medium by linking with a stock trading information database. A stock delisting processor(615) delists the stocks satisfying the stock delisting condition if the stock trading information satisfies the stock delisting condition stored in the storage medium. A compensator(620) provides compensation for the delisted stocks to the customer by checking the customers holding the delisted stocks. |
