A space structure for lubricating a bearing in a manual transmission is provided to prevent early damage of a roller bearing by uniformly lubricating an inner race and an outer race of the roller bearing. A spacer(10) is formed in a ring shape of a constant thickness, and is closely installed on one side of a bearing housing of a roller bearing(1) to apply preload to the roller bearing which is installed on both ends of a shift shaft(5) of a manual transmission. The bearing housing is provided with a fluid path for supplying cooling oil between a roller(3) and a bearing inner race(2a). The spacer has an oil stepped portion(12) for blocking flow of the cooling oil and an oil inflow groove(13) for guiding the cooling oil, with the oil stepped portion and the oil inflow groove being alternatively formed along an inner periphery of a body.
