<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card issuing system, for more surely preventing private information from leaking and reducing unnecessary card issuing. <P>SOLUTION: The CPU of a first issuing device is provided with a first file access authentication key setting program for setting the PIN0 as the file access authorization; the CPU of a second issuing device is provided with a private information writing program for writing private information in a file; a code number input device 3 is provided with an input part 32 for inputting a code number; and a CPU 35 is provided with a second file access authentication key setting program 37D for setting a code number to the PIN1 as the file access authorization. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
