<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell separation apparatus capable of simply collecting a stem cell from a fat tissue in good purity and non-open system and to provide a cell separation method. <P>SOLUTION: The cell separation apparatus has (a) a treating container having a structure arranging a fat tissue introduction port, an enzyme introduction port and an enzyme treating liquid-discharging port of fat tissue, capable of carrying out enzymatic treatment of the fat tissue and capable of transferring an enzyme treating liquid other than the fat layer from the discharge port after carrying out layer separation of the treating liquid, (b) a cell separation device capable of catching a stem cell contained in the enzyme treating liquid by arranging at least an enzyme treating liquid introduction port, a cell recovery liquid introduction port and a cell recovery liquid discharge port and introducing the enzyme treating liquid and then capable of discharging the stem cell caught together with the cell recovery liquid by introducing the cell recovery liquid and (c) a recovery container in which at least the cell recovery liquid introduction port is arranged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
