PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a pipe using an existing fluororesin tube has a limited oxygen permeation amount and poor flexibility. SOLUTION: A perfluoromonomer is added to a PVDF as a fluororesin for softening treatment, thereby greatly reducing an oxygen permeation amount.
