PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stop lamp lighting control device capable of enhancing the durability of a relay while avoiding any unnecessary automatic blinking. SOLUTION: A stop lamp (26) is lighted via a main line (31) and a sub line (32) in a slow braking mode, and in a quick braking mode, the sub line (32) is blocked and the main line (31) is connected/disconnected at a predetermined period to blink the stop lamp (26). In the slow braking mode, a first relay and a second relay are in a non-excited state, the durability of the relays is not affected. In the quick braking mode, the first relay is in an excited state while the second relay repeats excitation/non-excitation at a predetermined interval, The quick braking extremely rarely occurs although the durability of the relays is impaired, and the degree of impairment is much smaller compared with that of a conventional technique.
