PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device which provides a good operation touch without generating friction wear and the like at a coupling part of an operation member and a slide member and can be miniaturized. SOLUTION: An operation member 3 and a slide member 4 are joined by a link mechanism. The link mechanism includes a drive axis part 3c having an arc-shaped surface 3g at a tip provided in the operation member 3, and a recess-shaped bearing part 4a provided in the slide member 4. The bearing part 4a includes a first engagement part 4e with the thin width provided on the side of a recess-shaped bottom surface and a second engagement part 4f having an inclined surface 4g widening from the first engagement part 4e toward the upper surface side, wherein the drive axis part 3c moves from the first engagement part 4e along the inclined surface 4g of the second engagement part 4f by rotating the operation member 3.
