PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive circuit device for reducing conduction noise due to electromagnetic induction from a magnetic device such as a choke coil or a transformer to a capacitor. SOLUTION: A lead 3 is bent from one of electrodes toward the other inside the enclosure 2 of the capacitor. When the capacitor is mounted on a substrate, a wiring pattern on the substrate is positioned on a side of a component surface. The capacitor having the lead bent inside the enclosure or the capacitor having the wiring pattern on the substrate positioned on the side of the component surface is the closest one to an AC power source on the circuit.
