PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed wiring board capable of stable signal transmission without characteristic impedance of a signal wire varying depending on a position of placement. SOLUTION: The printed wiring board uses, as part of a base material, a fiber cloth constituted of a plurality of fibers which are woven longitudinally and laterally in an alternate arrangement of a single and/or a plurality of threads, so that they overlap each other on the same plane.
