PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information generating apparatus, an information generating processing program and an information generating method, capable of efficiently and appropriately generating a symbol data, such as notice data for displaying a symbol, such as notes at a position where a start point and an end point of facility, such as a tunnel constructed associated with a road, exist. SOLUTION: When inside-link classification of an inside-link attribute data is the tunnel, a system control section 11 specifies the positions of both the ends of the tunnel and generates the notice data for displaying a tunnel symbol corresponding to each of the specified both ends, based on a notice true positional shape of the inside-link attribute data.
