PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic adhesive composition excellent in bonding characteristics from a low temperature to a high temperature, and especially excellent in peeling resistant performance with a urethane foam or a low polar bonded material. SOLUTION: This acrylic adhesive composition comprises an acrylic copolymer having hydroxy group, a cross-linking agent and a tackiness-imparting agent, wherein the tackiness-imparting agent is a rosin ester compound having≥130°C softening point and 35 to 80 mgKOH/g hydroxy value and is contained by 10 to 40 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the acrylic copolymer.
