PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition containing a biodegradable resin, improved in impact resistance, heat resistance and durability under high-temperature and high-humidity ambience. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 1-86.49 wt.% of (A) the biodegradable resin, 95.49-10 wt.% of (B) a rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin, 3-50 wt.% of (C) one or more resins selected from polycarbonate resin and thermoplastic polyester resin, 0.5-40 wt.% of (D) a (meth)acrylic ester (co)polymer, and 0.01-10 wt.% of (E) a polymer containing functional group reactive with the terminal group of the biodegradable resin A.
