MICROREACTOR AND MICRO TOTAL ANALYSIS SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard-to-warp microreactor and a micro total analysis system using the microreactor. SOLUTION: The microreactor is constituted so that a flow passage groove is arranged on one side face of a plate-shaped base material and a flow passage is formed by sticking a covering base material to the plate-shaped base material so as to cover the flow passage groove.
