PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic system capable of gathering a plurality of pieces of image data for a part to be inspected by rotating an X-ray tube and an X-ray detector and easily deciding a region of interest for a part to be inspected when reconstituting three-dimensional images by using the plurality of pieces of image data. SOLUTION: The X-ray diagnostic system comprises: an ROI storage part 23 for storing inspection information indicating at least the part to be inspected and the region of interest corresponding to the inspection information in relation with each other beforehand; an input part; an ROI acquisition part 27 for acquiring the region of interest corresponding to the inspection information inputted from the input part by retrieving the ROI storage part; and a three-dimensional reconstitution part 24 for reconstituting the three-dimensional images on the basis of the several pieces of image data for the acquired region of interest.
