PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine capable of obliquely providing an operation handle part by a simple constitution and giving a player no discomfort when rotationally turning a handle part. SOLUTION: The operation handle part 71 can be provided obliquely by an extremely simple constitution of just storing and engaging a comma-shaped-bead-like cam 76, which is fixed to the rear end of a linear and columnar rotating shaft 75 rotating according to the turning operation of a turning member 74 of the operation handle part 71 provided obliquely with the end part extending outward the Pachinko game machine, to a cam engagement recess part 106. This Pachinko game machine has such a constitution as converting the rotating movement into a sliding movement by the engagement of the comma-shaped-bead-like cam 76 with the cam engagement recess part 106, so that, even if the engagement state between the cam 76 and the cam engagement recess part 106 is slightly inclined, this constitution exerts no effect on the rotating movement, and allows the player to smoothly execute the turning operation without feeling discomfort in the turning of the turning member 74 of the operation handle part 71.
