PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing deoxyuridine 5'-monophosphate (dUMP) by using deoxycytidine 5'-monophosphate (dCMP) as a raw material, and subjecting the dCMP to deamination reaction in the presence of an enzyme having dCMP deaminase activities. SOLUTION: The deamination reaction of the dCMP by the enzyme having the dCMP deaminase activities is carried out in the presence of deoxycytidine 5'-triphosphate (dCTP) in a reaction system when producing the dUMP by the deamination reaction of the dCMP.
