PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating anode X-ray tube apparatus capable of outputting X-ray of constant intensity. SOLUTION: The rotating anode X-ray tube apparatus comprises an X-ray tube 10 equipped with an X-ray output window 132 for outputting X-ray, a housing 20 which is filled with a cooling liquid for cooling the X-ray tube 10 to house the X-ray tube 10, a circulation pump 30 which circulates the cooling liquid filled in the housing 20, and a sub discharge piping 33 for forming the cooling liquid flow along the X-ray output window 132, at the position corresponding to the X-ray output window 132, with the cooling liquid circulated by the circulation pump 30 as a guide.
