Solid dosage formulations are provided for a compound having the formula: wherein R<SUP>2 </SUP>is Cl, F, Br, CH<SUB>3</SUB>, CF<SUB>3</SUB>, SCH<SUB>3</SUB>, NHCH<SUB>3</SUB>, NO<SUB>2</SUB>, CN, OH, OC<SUB>1</SUB>-C<SUB>6 </SUB>alkyl, or substituted OC<SUB>1</SUB>-C<SUB>6 </SUB>alkyl, or a prodrug or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Formulations for tablets and multiparticulates containing a compound according to the above formula, a rate controlling component, and a binder are described, including formulations containing a seal coating, release rate controlling coating, and/or enteric coating. Pharmaceutical uses and kits thereof are also described.
