The plastic hood (10) is made of a foamed material with air locks, where the plastic hood is clippable or affixable on a relay (12) e.g. electromechanical switch. The plastic hood is composed of an elastomer or silicon material. The plastic hood is adapted to the geometry of the relay, where the plastic hood is placeable over the relay. An independent claim is also included for an electrical assembly group with a relay.
