The arrangement has a capacitively measuring acceleration sensor (1) to evaluate change of a capacity of capacitor components (3, 5) as acceleration, where the capacitor elements are adjustable against each other by outside force effect. An electronic controlling/measuring device (100) produces a force effect in the capacitor components to adjust the components at a predetermined distance against each other. The controlling/measuring device determines a movement absorption along the distance, where the movement absorption indicates the measure for the ambient pressure. An independent claim is also included for a method for the pressure measurement utilizing a pressure measuring arrangement.
