The condenser has a housing with an area deformable by an internal pressure developed in the housing. An operating unit (7) operates a switch (6), and is coupled to the area. The operating unit is fastened to an inner surface and an outer surface of the housing. The operating unit is partially formed by a part of the deformable area. A condenser sleeve (5) is arranged in the housing, and the switch produces a short-circuit between electrode linings of the condenser sleeve in the operated condition. The switch is integrated partially in the housing.
