A structure for supporting a hood stay of a vehicle is provided to prevent loosening of the hood stay from a bracket fixed to a chassis by fitting an insert injection molded separation preventing device on an end of the hood stay penetrating through a protector, and then coupling the protector to the bracket using a coupling unit, thereby increasing safety for workers while enhancing marketability of the product. A structure for supporting a hood stay of a vehicle comprises a panel shaped protector(100) through which a curved section of a hood stay(400) passes, a cylindrical separation preventing device(200) integrally insert injection molded to an end of the hood stay, and a bracket(300) fixed to one side of a chassis in an engine room and fixed parallel to the protector with a coupling unit(500). The bracket has a through port(310) corresponding to the separation preventing device, and the separation preventing device has a fixing protrusion(210) disposed on an outer diameter. An auxiliary through port(320) is additionally disposed on the bracket, and a protrusion corresponding to the auxiliary through port is disposed on one side of the protector.
