A drain hose connecting structure of a sun roof for a vehicle is provided to improve workability for connecting a drain hose by integrally forming a drain hose connector with a hose connection pipe. A drain hose connecting structure comprises a drain hole which is formed at one lower end of a sun roof guide rail to exhaust water in the sun roof guide rail. A drain hose connector(1) is integrally formed with one upper rear end of a head lining(5) in correspondence with the drain hole. One end of a drain hose coupling pipe(3) is connected to one end of the drain hose connector(1). The other end of the drain hose coupling pipe(3) extends along a rear outer side of an upper surface of the head lining(5). A drain hose is connected to the other end of the drain hose coupling pipe(3).
