A harness protector for an automobile cable is provided to prevent noises from the harness protector made of a metal material, and to prevent movement of the automobile cable in the harness protector made of rubber material. A harness protector(10) includes a main body(20) and a clip. The main body is made of thermoplastic resin, and includes a pair of semi-circular cylinders(21,22) and a connection portion(27). The semi-circular cylinders have inner surfaces on which a plurality of semi-circular movement prevention protrusions(23,24) are formed. The semi-circular movement prevention protrusions have inner diameters corresponding to the outer diameter of an outer tube of an automobile cable. The connection portions interconnects the semi-circular cylinders such that the semi-circular cylinders are foldable into a single circular cylinder. The clip is arranged to cover an outer surface of the cylinder formed by folding the semi-circular cylinders.
