<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an optimal energy saving mode can not be established for every each of plural loadings and the power consumption is hardly to be suppressed more. <P>SOLUTION: In an image forming apparatus equipped with a main substrate which has a master CPU and controls the movement of the whole apparatus and a plurality of sub-substrates which have a slave CPU individually and control the corresponding objects to be controlled respectively, the movement condition with each slave CPU is memorized in corresponding to the movement mode of the apparatus, and, if the apparatus movement mode is informed, the slave CPUs of plural sub-substrates establish the movement state of the slave CPU concerned with reference to the table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
