<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin transfer material which is uniform in film thickness and prevents chipping of image, by uniformly bonding a photosensitive resin layer and a cover film, as well as, with a constant strength. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin transfer material has a photosensitive resin layer, containing a colorant and a photosensitive resin and a cover film on a support, in this order. The photosensitive resin transfer material has an intermediate layer between the photosensitive resin layer and the cover film, and the bonding strength between the photosensitive resin layer and the cover film lies within the range of 1.5-8.0 g/10 cm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
