<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control system that properly performs feeding control for charging an object to be charged such as an electric vehicle according to power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: This power supply control system is provided with a charging device 3 that charges the electric vehicle 7, and a host computer 2 that determines a charge start time that the charging device 3 starts charging. The host computer 2 makes a load curve of expected power consumption according to the lapse of time and, when receiving a query from the charging device 3, the charge start time of the electric vehicle 7 is determined and notified to the charging device 3 in the time slot when power demand shown by the load curve is low.
