<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of easily and surely executing intended photographing by a person existing at a distance. <P>SOLUTION: An acquisition section 301 acquires photographing setting data from a source utilizing apparatus for transmitting photographing setting data used for the photographing. A setting section 303 establishes the photographing setting data acquired by the acquisition section 301. A photographing section 304 uses the photographing setting data set by the setting section 303 to execute the photographing.
