<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain miniaturization and weight reduction of a computer by reducing number of keys and changing a switch type key input method. <P>SOLUTION: (1) A keyboard is classified as; 1 function key plus Japanese input character key; 2 function key plus alphabetic character key; 3 function key plus numeric key; and 4 function key plus symbol key, and the keyboards each are displayed in cascade types on a liquid crystal screen. (2) Thereby the number of keys on the keyboard can be reduced. (3) Area of the keyboard can be reduced by decrease of number of the keys. (4) Displaying keyboard on the liquid crystal screen does not cause change of weight even if how many sheets of keyboard is displayed, and it contribute also to weight reduction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
