PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electromotive type power steering system being capable of miniaturizing the system and reducing a cost while improving the reliability of a junction because the number of parts for a connection and spaces are decreased by electrically connecting a metallic substrate and a connecting terminal arranged around the metallic substrate by a metallic piece while joining a conductor layer for the metallic substrate and the metallic piece by a laser welding. SOLUTION: In the electromotive type power steering system, the metallic piece Fp for a power and a pad section 41p for a motor, the metallic piece Fs for a signal and the pad section Sp for a sensor and the metallic piece Fg for a ground and the pad section Gp for the ground are joined electrically by the laser welding respectively. In the electromotive type power steering system, the metallic piece Fp for the power and a welding pad section 26ew, the metallic piece Fs for the signal and the welding pad section 26ew and the metallic piece Fg for the ground and the welding pad section 26ew are further joined electrically by the laser welding respectively.
