<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid probe capable of collectively detecting bacteria of the same species regardless of strains and differentially detecting the bacteria from bacteria of other bacterial species to classify pathogenic bacteria based on species. <P>SOLUTION: A probe for detecting DNA of Eggerthella lenta of an infectious disease phlogogenic bacterium and comprising a specific base sequence or a mutant sequence thereof, and a primer amplifying the infectious disease phlogogenic bacterium DNA, are provided. A probe-immobilized carrier provided by immobilizing each of probes on a solid phase carrier, and a kit for detecting DNA comprising the probe-immobilized carrier and a reagent for detecting reactions between probes and target nucleic acids, are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
