PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection control system capable of automatically registering situation of a user when he/she uses a telecommunication terminal, providing various telecommunication services by utilizing the registered situation, and improving convenience for the user. SOLUTION: A connection control server comprises a connection control means for performing connection control to a telecommunication terminal through a network; and a connection status storage means for storing a connection status information indicative of a connection status of the telecommunication terminal into a predetermined storage means, in response to a change in the connection status.
