PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe for bleeding air used to exhaust the air remaining between the concrete placed when forming lining on a wall surface of a structure and the wall surface of the structure and limit the amount of concrete discharged through the pipe. SOLUTION: This pipe 42 is used to lead the air remaining between the concrete placed in the concrete placing space 17 between a form 14 provided to form lining on the wall surface 16 of the structure 10 and the wall surface of the structure and a top part of the wall surface of the structure or between the concrete and its vicinity into the outside of the concrete placing space. The pipe has one closed end 64 and at least one hole 66 formed close to one end and communicating with the inside and the outside of the pipe.
