PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a phenomenon on at each assigned self-checkout terminal at a glance, and, moreover, to investigate the cause of an error when an error in weight checking occurs in each self-checkout terminal. SOLUTION: For every assigned self-checkout terminal, a monitor screen 521 is displayed in a divided manner on a display screen of a display unit. A specific form is generated in the monitoring screen 521 according to whether the self-checkout terminal is in standby or in a process of commodity sales data processing. Moreover, when error occurrence information is received from the self-checkout terminal, an error notification screen 529 is formed and displayed on the corresponding monitoring screen 521. Further, a log for error occurrence information on the received weight check and error detailed information contained in the error occurrence information are extracted, and the list is displayed on the display unit.
