PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in vehicle capable of providing a larger advertising propaganda with respect to an advertising device in vehicle which displays the advertising medium consisting of prints printed on a paper and the like in a hanging form. SOLUTION: The advertising device 1 in vehicle which is disposed in an accelerating/decelerating vehicle and rotates the advertising medium by utilizing energy upon acceleration/deceleration of the vehicle is provided with: a support means 6 which rotatably supports the advertising medium; an energy accumulation means 9 which accumulates the energy upon acceleration/deceleration of the vehicle; and an energy releasing means 10 which releases the accumulated energy when the energy accumulated in the energy accumulation means 9 attains to a predetermined value and rotates the advertising medium by a predetermined angle by using the energy.
