PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carpet manufacturing device capable of excellently performing bending work of a surface cover, regardless of the thickness of a floor material, when manufacturing a carpet constituted for covering a surface and a side surface of the plate-like floor material with the surface cover. SOLUTION: A floor pressing plate 34 abuts from the upper side on a Tatami bed 101 on a placing stage 15, and is provided with a bending plate 40 and an air cylinder 41 for driving this plate. An under surface 40a of the bending plate 40 moves on the substantially same surface as a reverse surface of the Tatami bed 101 in a state where the floor pressing plate 34 presses down the reverse surface of the Tatami bed 101, and an end of a Tatami facing 100 bent by a corner bending plate 20 is bent along a reverse surface of the Tatami bed 101.
