PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway vehicle floor structure in which a vibration-proof characteristic is improved while a thickness of a layer part formed on a bogie frame is being made thin. SOLUTION: A walk load added to a floor of this railway vehicle floor structure is received once by a floor panel 5, and after this, the load is transmitted to a cushion surface plate 4 and further vibration transmitted from either a bogie or wheels is absorbed by the cushion surface plate 4 and then transmitted to the floor panel 5. In this way, by combining the resilient cushion surface plate 4 and the plate-like floor panel 5, the thickness of a layer part S between the upper surface 2a of a bogie frame 2 and a floor finishing member 3 is reduced. Such a floor structure is most suitable for a floor structure having a restriction of thickness of the layer part S not larger than about 30 mm and this is effective at a railway vehicle having a severe restriction for a floor thickness at a conventional railway vehicle, in particular.
