PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-fouling film for wallpaper which keeps the high adhesive strength with a base material layer even in a case that a plasticizer with a high boiling point is contained in a vinyl chloride layer and excellent in anti-fouling properties, anti-blocking properties and low temperature adhesiveness, and a wall cover material. SOLUTION: The anti-fouling film for wallpaper has the base material layer comprising polypropylene and the adhesive layer formed on the base material layer and the adhesive layer contains a polyesterpolyol/acrylic copolymer, a blocked isocyanate, an active isocyanate, a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer and wax.
