PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a manufacture yield and to facilitate manufacture. SOLUTION: An extrusion part 7 to be slid inside a filling member 1 is provided on the distal end of a moving body 6, a stick-shaped object M is filled from the distal end of the filling member 1 to the middle before the rear end, and when the filling member 1 filled with the stick-shaped object M is assembled to a container rear part 3, the filling member 1 is mounted on the distal end side of the container rear part 3 and the extrusion part 7 is inserted to the filling member 1. By filling the stick-shaped object M only in the filling member 1 in such a manner, the thickness in the radial direction of the stick-shaped object M is fixed in an axial direction, a temperature condition after filling a fused stick-shaped object until it is solidified is stabilized, excellent filling of the stick-shaped object M is made possible, and the manufacture yield is improved. Also, by assembling the filling member 1 filled with the stick-shaped material M to the container rear part 3 in such a manner, the manufacture is facilitated. Also, by filling the stick-shaped object M to the middle to the rear end of the filling member 1 in such a manner, extrusion by the extrusion part 7 by the stick-shaped object M is prevented, finish work or the like is eliminated and the manufacture is facilitated.
