PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pelletization method of a polyethylene composition which is a method for pelletizing a polyethylene mixture containing at least an antiblocking agent as additives by using a pelletizer, which is the one for producing pellets least containing air bubbles and which is the one effective particularly for a low density polyolefin or linear low density polyethylene. SOLUTION: The pelletization method of the polyethylene composition controls, in melt-kneading and pelletizing a polyethylene mixture containing at least an antiblocking agent as additives, the inlet pressure of the gear pump and the total feed amount of the polyethylene and the additives containing at least the antiblocking agent so that the inlet pressure of the gear pump of the pelletizer and the pelletizing speed of the pelletizer may simultaneously satisfy the following formulas (1) and (2). The above formulas are X≤0.25 (1) and Y≤-24X+21.6 (2), wherein X is the pressure (MPaG) of the gear pump inlet and Y is the pelletizing speed (t/hr) of the pelletizer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
