In a mixer for conditioning industrial residues, based on a housing (10) with parallel, contra-rotating shafts (13) carrying hanging mixing tools (14) retained via holding rods (16) on spacing disks (15), the tool has a thinner region formed by a cut-out (31) on its front side (32). The cut-out covers the disk in shape-fitted manner and is covered alternately by each of a pair of adjacent disks. A mixer for conditioning industrial residues comprises a housing (10) with a material inlet (11) and outlet (12) and at least two parallel, contra-rotating shafts (13) oriented towards the inlet. Several mixing tools (14) hanging from the shafts extend outwards from the shaft during rotation (due to centrifugal force) and are located in a plane perpendicular to the shaft longitudinal axis. Several planes in the longitudinal direction of the shaft are provided with mutually aligned tools. The tools run parallel to the shaft axis and are retained by holding rods (16) extending from spacing disks (15) held on the shaft, so that each tool is located between two disks in a plane. The novel features are that: (a) at least part of the front side (32) of the tool, extending between the disks, having a hole (33) lying on the holding rod and formed by a cut-out (31), is thinner than the region (30) lying outside the disks during shaft rotation; (b) the cut-out on each tool covers the disk in shape-fitted manner; and (c) the tool, located in a plane and enclosed by two spacing disks, is held on the holding rods such that the cut-out is covered alternately by each of a pair of adjacent disks.
|
