A perforation member for performing alveolar bone used in an implant operation, a set of perforation members for perforating alveolar bone used in an implant operation, a stent for perforating alveolar bone used implant operation and a manufacturing method of the stent are provided to reduce patient's pain. A perforation member for perforating alveolar bone used in an implant operation includes a head portion(111), a nut portion(112), a body portion(113), and a tail portion(114). The nut portion is formed at one end of the head portion, and transmits the force given from the outside to the perforation member. The body portion is formed to extend form the center portion of the other end of the head portion, and is inserted into a gum and an alveolar bone at the time of perforation work. The tail portion extends form the body portion to perforate the gum and the alveolar bone directly.
