The device has a locking element (14) which engages in a holder (91) locally fixed outside of the plinth profile (4) which serves to hold a bearing device (2)for a lever (1) which has the locking element and an operating headpiece (15) and which is held rotatable and is detachably fixable in a first position corresponding to the release position. The lever can be detachably fixed in a second position corresponding to the locking position. The bearing device has a bearing body which is connected by a shaft (11) to the end of the lever projecting into a recess of the bearing body.
