A method for manufacturing a scent-emitting envelope and an envelope manufactured by using the same are provided to make scent-emitting envelopes and which makes users feel fresh. A raw material of an envelop is supplied(S100). The corner of the raw material is cut(S101). An adhesive agent is coated on the first side of the raw material. The first side is folded and bonded to the raw material. The lower end portion of the raw material is cut. An adhesive agent is coated on a bonded part, and the bonded part is folded and bonded. Perfume, which is obtained by mixing water of 95 weight% to 99 weight% and aqueous perfume of 1 weight% to 5 weight%, is sprayed. Perfume is dried through air under a normal temperature.
