PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve recognition accuracy of a photographed image by an imaging apparatus when optical axes are aligned with respect to the imaging apparatus and a projection apparatus. SOLUTION: In one embodiment of the present invention, a photography projection control apparatus 8 is designed to control an image input output apparatus 1 having an optical axis alignment mechanism 6 for the imaging apparatus 4 and the projection apparatus 5. The photography projection control apparatus 8 is designed to control an image acquiring timing T and a projecting timing T-1 so that the image acquiring timing T by the imaging apparatus 4 and the projecting timing T-1 by the projection apparatus 5 become different.
