PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator improved in the reliability of an ultrasonic vibrating device even in case of the stop of moisture supply to the ultrasonic vibrating device by using the ultrasonic vibrating device of low input. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic vibrating device comprising a horn of tapered-off shape toward the tip from the bottom face is arranged in a storage chamber. Consequently, even if water shortage occurs in a mist generating part, the calorific value of the ultrasonic vibrating device itself is reduced to lower a possibility of causing the failure of the ultrasonic vibrating device by water shortage.
