PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double tube holding member for holding an inner tube and an outer tube in a concentric form while avoiding the breakage of the tubes when sudden force is applied thereto or minimizing damage due to the breakage. SOLUTION: The holding member 1 comprises a holder 2 and a seal ring 3. The seal ring can be formed to be hollow, with a cushion layer 6 inside or as an O-ring. Preferably, a cutout is provided in the inner periphery of the seal ring and mounted on the outer periphery of the holder. A hole or the cutout provided in the holder for communicating one side with the other side thereof prevents the breakage of the outer tube resulting from pressure suddenly rising locally when the inner tube is broken. A drain provided between the holding members prevents the flow of internal fluid to the outside of the section when the inner tube is broken. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
